🧵 Step 1: Requirement Confirmation
You provide your sock design, style (sports or casual), materials, size, techniques (jacquard, embroidery, printing, heat transfer), and order quantity.
We will review your requirements and provide a detailed quotation.
💰 Step 2: Sample Development
After confirming the details, a sample fee is required.
We will produce a pre-production sample for your approval before mass production.
📄 Step 3: Sample Approval & Production Confirmation
Once the sample is approved, we sign the production agreement.
A 50% deposit is required to start bulk production.
🚚 Step 4: Quality Inspection & Shipment
We conduct strict quality inspection and provide video confirmation before shipment.
After final balance payment, we arrange packing and global delivery.

What is the production process of custom socks?
We mainly use jacquard knitting technology as the standard production process for customized socks.
Our knitting process delivers high-precision patterns, clear and durable designs, comfortable wearing experience, long-lasting colors, and supports custom logos and artwork.
We also offer extra customization techniques: Embroidery, Digital printing, Heat transfer printing and special knitting designs.
What is the production lead time?

Bulk Production Time: About 7 working days
The exact delivery time depends on order quantity, design complexity, custom requirements and current production schedule. Our team will confirm the final delivery time before production begins.

Can the left and right socks have different designs?
Yes, we support asymmetrical sock designs.

What does the design fee include?
Our design and development service covers pattern development, sample adjustment, color matching, technical production support and design optimization.
For complex artwork and special designs, additional development costs may apply based on your specific requirements.
